Veerify is an open-source tool for product teams. It combines public feedback boards with voting, a public roadmap, a changelog and a shared inbox for customer email, so feature requests and support conversations live in one place. ### Is Veerify free? Yes, while Veerify is in open beta. That includes unlimited projects and team members. Paid plans will come after the beta, and we will announce prices well before anything changes. ### Is Veerify open source? Can I self-host it? Yes. The code is on GitHub under AGPL-3.0. You can run it yourself with Docker, PostgreSQL and S3-compatible storage, or use the hosted version at app.veerify.io. ### Can I use email addresses on my own domain? Yes. Connect any domain, add the DNS records Veerify shows you, and create addresses like support@ or hello@, plus a catch-all. Each address can deliver to the inbox, forward to someone, or both. Use a subdomain if you want to keep your current mail provider. ### Can Veerify replace Canny? For most teams, yes. Veerify has feedback boards, voting, a public roadmap and a changelog. You can import posts, comments, votes and changelog entries from Canny through the MCP server, with a preview before anything is written. Canny has more third-party integrations. ### Does Veerify replace a help desk? For small teams that handle support over email, often it does. The inbox has assignment, snooze, canned responses, SLAs, auto-replies and satisfaction surveys. There is no live chat or knowledge base yet. ### Can AI agents work with Veerify? Yes. Veerify has an MCP server. Connect Claude Code or another MCP client with a personal API key, and the agent can do what you can do in the dashboard, with your permissions and nothing more. ## Llms-full > Full page content is available at https://veerify.io/llms-full.txt
